Co-creating our Reality
How Our Thoughts Create Our Reality Instantly-
Walking down the street on a typical morning commute, my mind drifted to the little hearts the universe used to leave me—the unexpected hearts shapes hidden in stone cracks and heart shaped stones while beach combing, drifting clouds, or heart shaped water stains on the pavement, heart shaped leaves on trees to name a few. I was always seeing the love all around me
I was thinking it had been a while since I’d spotted a heart; I barely had time to finish the thought before my eyes caught something on the pavement about a foot in front of me: a beautiful, fuzzy felt heart in shades of soft cream and deep purple, resting quietly on the side walk.
Moments like that are never just coincidence. They are gentle winks from spirit, consciousness, and the angels, reminding us that we are deeply aligned with the energetic field and actively co-creating our lives every single minute. Because our thoughts and beliefs directly shape our reality, remaining conscious of that internal dialogue becomes everything, and our reality can change in seconds. We are in a constant, dynamic interface with ourselves every day, casting energetic ripples with every feeling and assumption we hold.
It doesn't mean every day unfolds without a hitch, but navigating the bumps becomes infinitely lighter when you realize you aren't walking alone. Recognizing those signs softens our resistance, opening up space to trust that life is secretly working in our favor.
To truly step into our power as co-creators, we have to teach our bodies that it is safe to welcome good circumstances. It takes patience and steady repetition to rewire old habits of self-sabotage, convincing our nervous systems that peace and abundance aren't threats to brace against.
Through reflection, we gently spot the outdated beliefs that no longer serve us, collapsing old timelines to step into expansion. With each small moment of conscious awareness, we retrain ourselves to embrace the flow, creating an existence that feels genuinely resonant, deeply peaceful, and entirely aligned with who we are becoming.
What’s a subtle shift you’ve been making in your life lately that’s quietly starting to pay off?
Yours Truly, Deborah
